Pam Kilpa from The Arc of Pennsylvania will provide an overview of the Chapter 14 regulations - the section of the PA School Code that regulates Special Education. Topics include how it will affect you and your student, what inclusion looks like, Standards Aligned System, and other valuable resources for parents and families. Parents will receive a helpful manual with a copy of the Chapter 14 regulations.
