Harrisburg Kiwanis is sponsoring our Aktion Club. Please come out to The Arc office on February 26th at 5:30 p.m. and hear about how you can join! What is an Aktion Club? It is Kiwanis for people with developmental disabilities, "where development has no disability." Our club will be member governed, focus on individual growth in leadership, initiative, community service, and downright fun! We will have monthly meetings, service projects, fundraisers, and fun special events. We will meet at The Arc Office Conference Suite once a month. Members will receive a membership in, certificate, and the chance to demonstrate the dignity and value of citizens living with disabilities.
